From 14–16 Aug 2026, An Slua Croí-A Gathering of Hearts Retreat takes place at Knockree Hostel, Co. Wicklow. Set in the Wicklow mountains, this peaceful setting offers forest trails, hills, and fresh air for rest and reconnection. Rooted in Irish heritage and ancestral wisdom, the retreat explores healing through connection to land, story, and community. Participants experience yoga, somatic movement, meditation, storytelling circles, shared meals, and nature practices including an Imbas Walk and Heart Tree Journey. The weekend flows from Friday arrival to Saturday practice and a slower Sunday with a Lughnasadh-inspired feast. Open to all levels, no experience needed. Fee includes accommodation, meals, and sessions.
