Bearú was founded by husband and wife team Dave Rowley and Siobhán Ward. The eatery has rapidly established a reputation, recognised at the Irish Restaurant Awards for both Best Newcomer and Best Contemporary Irish Cuisine. It has also won Best Casual Dining in Leinster at the Food and Wine Restaurant of the Year Awards for two consecutive years. Bearú prides itself on its use of local, seasonal and wild produce as well its passionate front of house team who deliver friendly and attentive service.
