Embark on a restorative journey at The Hot Box Bolands Mills, a shared sauna sanctuary in Dublin City. Each 75 minute experience is designed for both seasoned sauna users and those new to the practice. The space features three distinct sauna environments, each providing its own atmosphere and benefits. Experiences are enhanced through guided sauna rituals led by trained sauna guides, drawing on traditions from Finland, Estonia and Germany. These rituals take place every 2 hours and are included as part of your visit. To complete the experience, guests can move between three plunge pools at cold, tepid and warm temperatures, supporting circulation, recovery and deep relaxation.
