Cookery Classes take place in the family kitchen which in past times was a banking hall. Wild Garlic Table offers something a little different with an emphasis on enjoyment, a little learning and sharing food with family and friends around the kitchen table. The prepared food is set out family style, in the form of a four course meal on the family table where everybody tucks in to enjoy the freshly cooked food. Cooking classes are a great way to have a night out with friends, be it a birthday, Friday night supper or just for something a little. Cooking classes are demonstrated in style. The teaching method is simple and casual, paying special attention to locally sourced produce. Each class has a baking component, as well as a forgotten skill demonstration. The menu for each class works with the seasons moving from Winter to Autumn. The cost of the class includes a complimentary glass of wine, a booklet of all the recipes demonstrated and a freshly prepared meal in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
