Brandon Point is a mere 5km drive from Cloghane village. As you drive along the Dingle Peninsula, take in fantastic scenery of the mountains meeting the ocean. Awaken your inner birdwatcher and see Great, Arctic, Pomarine and Long-tailed skuas glide in on the strong north-west winds in autumn. Keep an eye out for the hoards of Cory's and Sooty shearwaters that have made Brandon Point their home, as well as Grey phalaropes, Sabine's gulls and the American Red-eyed vireos.
