About this activity
The Irish World Academy of Music and Dance is a centre of academic and performance excellence housed at the University of Limerick. The Academy offers a suite of taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.These programmes honour the energies of performance and academic reflection across a wide range of genres and disciplines. At the Academy festivals of music and dance and a series of public seminars, recitals and arts gatherings happen throughout the academic year. These events give a vibrant relevance to our taught programmes, outreach and research initiatives. The ‘Of Our Times / Comhaimseartha’ brochure is published at the beginning of each semester and gives details of all upcoming Academy events.
