Breakfast offers a selection of regional produce from salamis, smoked salmon, cheeses and yoghurts to sausages, free range eggs and Clonakilty puddings. Dinner features local ingredients, including Caherbeg pork, Dinish Island scallops, Skeaghanore duck and Ummera smoked salmon. Desserts include Inchydoney ice creams made with Five Farms Liqueur, alongside Gulfstream Restaurant's walnut bread and a carefully chosen selection of Munster cheeses.
