Glasson Golf course was designed by Christy O'Connor, Jr. in 1993. It has established an international reputation as one of Ireland's premier parkland courses – the panoramic views over Lough Ree live long in the memory. Family-owned and managed, Glasson delivers one of the warmest welcomes in Irish golf. In addition to being selected as the venue for a large number of regional and national events, Glasson has also hosted a televised European Challenge Tour tournament on two occasions.
