At Dunbrody Cookery School, courses range from one day demonstrations to one and two day courses with the emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Some of their course titles include: ‘Classic French Cuisine’, ‘Easy entertaining’ and ‘Fusion Cuisine’ to name but a few. Celebrity Chef, Kevin Dundon personally designed all of the courses and all of the dishes are achievable and easy to recreate at home. The school is available for group booking of up to ten students.
